The client approached us to design and manage a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing television operation and studio space. Ahead of the project, we met with many of the building's users to gain insight into how a busy newsroom operates and how the interior working areas could be improved for efficiency. 

The project presented several challenges, including construction around a live television studio and refurbishing within an historic building. We worked closely with conversation officers to ensure planning permission was swiftly achieved and as part of the scheme, assisted the client by consolidating its assets into one building – disposing of over 40,000 sq ft of office space.
