Relying on our in-depth knowledge and broad provision of services we have maximised income both in the short, medium and long term for the College.

Our roles range from strategic portfolio oversight and service charge management to project management, planning and rural advice. Our involvement with the property endowment and detailed knowledge of tenants’ businesses has paid dividends, especially during the pandemic where income has been maximised, with a focus on helping those who need it most

We have delivered the design and construction of 51 Hills Road, project managing the build of a BREAM Excellent sustainable office building on a very constrained site in central Cambridge, the development won no fewer than 9 awards and commendations.

Our land and estates team have advised tenants on approaches to more environmentally sustainable farming, alternative uses for farm buildings, and have identified opportunities for allocations for higher value land uses through the local plan process.
