NAPP Pharmaceuticals approached us in early 2021 to discuss opportunities for its portfolio, with its priority to reduce costs.  We were appointed to dispose of a significant amount of office space that was surplus to the client’s needs.

Utilising our proactive agency approach, we successfully identified and negotiated a contract with a new tenant within just three months. As a result of our unique insight and relationships in the Cambridge technology sector, we crafted a compelling narrative that highlighted the many positive elements of this space to attract a world-leading organisation.
