Osprey Drive is a bright and modern development of 10 apartments at Trumpington Meadows, South Cambridge. Once our new homes team had introduced, and successfully sold, the whole block to Pencheng Investments, they delightedly entrusted marketing of the units to our lettings team. 

With their acute local market knowledge, active database of applicants and creative marketing skills, our lettings team secured enviable rents for our client with a 3.1% yield, and then achieved an uplift of 3% when the apartments were re-let.

Thrilled with the success of their Osprey Drive investment, Pencheng were interested in expanding their portfolio. Once again, our new homes team found the perfect property asset – the Darwin building at Aura, built by Countryside which was a significant purchase in the challenging year of 2020, with all 13 units of one and two-bedroom apartments marketed and let in just over four weeks, with an impressive yield of 4.2%.
