Peterhouse Technology Park was expanded in 2017 to accommodate a further 350,000 sq ft of office, lab and technology buildings, with ARM being the anchor tenant. It is now undergoing further expansion following the success of its growing tenants.
Over the past 15 years, our has been working with LaSalle Investment Management on Peterhouse Technology Park, undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals. In 2018, LaSalle asked us to surrender the existing lease with MRC and re-let unit 120 to accommodate the ever-expanding ARM Ltd, on behalf of the landlord, Coal Pension Properties.
We achieved this effectively, working alongside our , and since then, the ongoing success of the park has led to further expansion.
Our anning and roject management teams are now working on the next phase of the park’s expansion, which will deliver a new 100,000 sq ft research and development building on green belt land allocated in Cambridge City Council’s Local Plan.
Our project management team secured early release from Green Belt land based on a specific Economic Statement, and subsequently oversaw the delivery of a new 183,000 sq ft commercial office space within the operational park.
