Harrington House, Stoke Mandeville, Aylesbury

This was a great deal to work on and proves that for a property such as Harrington House, with the potential for redevelopment and alternative uses, the market is still very competitive. We had a number of strong bids at second round but the Council were the logical buyer and performed well. It was a pleasure to work with Ali Farrell and Will Kelly at L&G on this transaction.
