Whether you’re interested in Accountancy, Residential Sales, Planning or Project Management, we have work experience programmes suited to everyone.

Knowledge of Real Estate and supporting functions isn’t essential but passion and enthusiasm are. If you’re keen to learn from some of the best in the industry, we would love to hear from you.

Individuals looking to apply to our work experience programme will need to fill out our online application form dictating their preferred area of work experience aswell as a small explanation about why you’re looking to complete work experience with Bidwells.

We offer department-specific work experience placements as well as a rotational work experience placements where you will gain experience in different departments across the business.

Our traditional work experience programme is open to school, college and university students who are looking to understand more about the world of real estate or embark on a career in this sector in the future! Our Real Estate work experience programme offers an insightful introduction to the working world of Real Estate and the different roles it has to offer. Rural Summer Work Experience Placement

Bidwells prestigious Rural department offers a yearly work experience programme for prospective Rural APC candidates to join us during the Summer of 2025. Typically, this programme runs during July or August but exact dates will be confirmed with successful candidates.

The Summer Work Experience Scheme offers the opportunity for prospective APC Rural Graduates to see what it might be like to work for Bidwells and whether this is the right career choice for you. The scheme has been designed to give students an insight into the career of a rural surveyor and to help improve the knowledge of the key areas of surveying prior to graduate interviews.
During your time with us we aim to provide a taste of the work of Rural graduates undertake and demonstrate how the Rural industry works.

Each successful candidate will shadow a variety of different people during their work experience which will give you exposure to a variety of work including the following:
